This Ultrasonic Distance Measurer with Laser Pointer is a perfect tool to quickly calculate the distance, area and volume of a room and is a must have for all toolboxes, whether you’re a Real Estate agent, building-industry professional or a DIY man. This distance measurer uses a special ultrasonic transmission to accurately and quickly calculate measurements and can measure distances in a straight line from 1 meters to 15 meters.

For accurate results:

• Place on a stable surface as the machine is very sensitive to the slightest movements


• The machine needs to calibrate by sitting in the room for 15 to 30min prior to use as temperature and humidity can greatly affect it's accuracy


• Maximum measurement is 18m, thus any more than that it will say error (if you want to measure more than 18m, stand in the middle and measure from both sides and add the distance up)


• Uneven surfaces (such as bricks or curtains) can cause sound waves to bounce off in different directions or be absorbed


• Objects in the path of laser (such as chairs & tables) could affect sound waves to bounce off thus causing incorrect readings, could try stepping side to side for most accurate readings
