Moderndeal Ltd. Shipping & Delivery
Currently, all New Zealand orders except for some bulky items are shipped through CourierPost or General Frieght companies where needed..
Shipping Costs and Calculations:
Charges are calculated based on your shopping basket total, volume and/or weight.
*Delivery Time is usually within a few business days, however smaller items may take only a business day or two.
Shipping will be calculated on your order, in NZD, when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details.
NOTE: Occasionally, some items offered on Moderndeal Ltd. may require extra shipping charges due to their size and/or weight. If extra shipping charges are required, this will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering.
Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:
Once you've placed your order with Moderndeal Ltd, you might be wondering when you’re going to receive it.
We make every effort to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours of confirmed payments. please note there are no couriers on weekends.To give our dispatch team the occasional well-earned break, we don’t normally work public holidays.
The first you’ll hear from us is when we have shipped your order – we will send you a tracking link via e-mail.
(if you are picking up from our warehouse, just allow time for your payment to process then just pop down to our warehouse with your order ID to collect your order)
At this point you should receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. We’ve worked out through our research and records that nearly all of our customers, especially in no rural locations receive their orders within a few working days, so if it hasn’t been a few working days yet then please don’t stress out our customer service team just yet as you can be sure your parcel is on its way.
If you’re beyond the 5th working day and you’re starting to get a bit concerned then please contact us or check out the parcels progress via CourierPost’s Track & Trace website.
- Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business working day.
- Some rural deliveries may take a little longer, so please wait an extra day or two before contacting us if possible.
- Any other special shipping information will be in the product description, such as Excess/Bulky or Delayed shipping.
